Refund policy

First-month money-back guarantee

Give Goblin Forge a proper try. If you subscribe and decide within your first 30 days that the service is not for you, tell us and we will refund that first payment in full, no questions asked.

After the first month, the guarantee does not apply. Renewals and any payment made after your first 30 days cannot be refunded, so if you do not want to continue, cancel before your next billing date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all orders. Visit paddle.net and look up your order with the email you paid with, or contact us at alex+goblinforge@hiliconsulting.eu and we will arrange it.

What happens after a refund

Your subscription will not renew. You can keep forging until the end of the billing period you were refunded for, and every adventure you have made stays in your library.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time from Subscription & usage, then Manage subscription. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund past payments on its own, so request a refund as above if you want one.
