One-Shot Goblin is an independent product. It is not an official product and it is not endorsed or sponsored by Wizards of the Coast. No official logos, book covers, artwork, typography or trade dress is used in this tool or in anything it generates.

The two rules modes

2014 5E mode writes material compatible with System Reference Document 5.1, and restricts rules terminology to SRD 5.1. 2024 Revised 5E mode writes material compatible with the revised System Reference Document (SRD 5.2 / 5.2.1), and restricts rules terminology to that document. The two modes are never mixed inside one adventure, and every adventure records the mode it was generated for.

Original content

Creatures, magic items, NPCs, locations, maps and plots produced here are original creations. Material belonging to a publisher's product identity, named settings, named characters, named deities, signature monsters, non-SRD spells, subclasses and items , is excluded by design, and generated text is checked for it before you see it.

Your adventures

Adventures are stored in your own browser. Nothing is published, shared or account-bound. Export them to a file if you want a backup, because clearing your browser data will remove them.

Before selling anything you generate

Automated checks cannot replace professional advice. Have the owner and a lawyer review your product description, licensing page and a sample of generated output before any commercial launch.
